What to expect
BOC Healthcare understands that being on medical treatment of any kind can be difficult and a stressful time. For our part, we will endeavour to make your time on your home oxygen therapy as painless and trouble free as possible.
As such, you can always expect us to:
- Treat you with respect and dignity.
- Keep your personal information safe and secure.
- Be available by phone, 24 hours per day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.
- Provide information and training regarding your oxygen equipment.
- Rebate the full running costs of any concentrator equipment provided.
- Provide a next working day delivery of ambulatory oxygen cylinders (orders must be placed before 5PM).
- Provide oxygen to holiday and temporary stay destinations within the United Kingdom (min 3 working days’ notice).
- Keep you up to date of any changes that might affect your service, such as adverse weather or bank holidays.
- Provide you with a full suite of materials on your oxygen equipment including manuals and handbooks.
